Getting information about the service hasn't been a problem for me; getting it working was. I was installed Sep 9, and it did not work for over 7 weeks. Turns out they had the wrong kind of splitter on the line! In any case, it works now, no complaints -- but it was a real pain in the arse until then. My suggestion is to keep ISDN until you are satisfied with the @Home service. -- Kyle Maxwell The Beam Sam Redstone wrote: > Does anyone know how to go about getting any real info about service > coverage???
