We have a remote site that we would like to dial in to a cisco 4000M running IOS 10.3(6) over an ISDN BRI line. The encapsulation will be PPP with PAP authentication. This remote site has a spare 2501. What are our options for having this router dial out over a BRI line? Is there some kind of CSU type device that we can use? If there is, will we have fewer options over using a cisco isdn router? Steven R. Pfister // Network Adminstrator optimum.net srp685@optimum.net
