hi

a config fragment might look like:
!
! translate x25 to TCP/IP
!
int ethernet0
 ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
!
interface Serial0
 no ip address
 encapsulation x25
 x25 address 9991
 x25 htc 5
!
translate x25 9991 tcp 192.168.1.2

for a description of the protocol translation look at:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios113ed/113ed_
cr/dial_c/dcprt2/dcpt.htm#34415

hint: the config command "translate" ist NOT part of IP or IP-Plus
feature, i suppose you need Enterprise

regards
Hansrudolf
