Just adding my own little "Pacific Bell Messed Up" thread... Circuit ordered over a month ago. Tech shows up on August 21, facilities isn't finished, tech leaves. Supervisor calls August 27, assures me they will install on the 30th. Tech calls on the 30th, facilities isn't finish, says he won't be coming in. Two days taken off, wasted. We'll see what happens on Tuesday, Sept 3rd. They promised they will finish this then. If someone from Pac Bell is reading... this is what people complain all the time, this is what you make excuses for, and this is why everyone truly hates doing business with you. "Pacific Bell Network... how would you use it?" goes your slogan. "You won't let me, why do you ask" goes my answer. -- -javier
