Ordered T1 in Early June. Install date of 7/7. In early July, PacBell moves date to 8/1 8/1, Tech shows up and installs line in wrong building. 8/7, Tech moves to right building but wrong room 8/8, Tech calls and says he will be out tomorrow. We exchange pager numbers so he can get me to the site and I can show him where 8/12, No one shows up. Pager number must be bad. Now they say its a "change". Room number was never given. Back into the order queue. Finally Pac Bell puts in right room on 8/22 but wires the jack backwards. I have to flipflop the send/receive pairs.
