I find this slightly ironic... when we were first shopping for in internet 
provider we had been considering PSI, but wound up with MCI. PSI sales guy 
tried telling me on the phone, "I have heard some people have really been 
unhappy with MCI.. you should think this over". Of course I expected it 
becaused they lost the deal..but know to hear this.
