You put so much time into this, I had to find fault :) Areas of conflict * One major hurtle is the "Patriot act" which would require verifiable user info before accessing the computers, and the ISP requirement of retaining of records for an extended period. http://ixxhq.bav.guidegoods.net/h/isp-data-retention01798.html (mentioned PDF file that I can't find, would be a good read). Our local libraries fought this for a few years. "you look like a George, use #45". Now the computers are in demand, and library cards are being used to reserve or use the computers (number is required to log on to the computers). Just one example. * The TPM chip is making inroads into the general population and will be in use in a few year. You don't have a chip, you are banned from the internet. You spew spam, or have a worm doing it for you, your TPM # is banned from the internet (what this chip was meant for in the first place). You own a Dell/Mac you have the chip for sure, a selling point for my mother board was it didn't have a TPM chip installed. *Your Rom HDD's are flawed, most are made of Static Ram. An example of data retention from Static ram is this from the Amiga world. Amiga's only used SRAM, You could load the copy protected game "Blood Money" for it excellent audio, then do a warm boot into a program made for this and search the memory for the audio track(s) saving them. If you were trying to hack the program that's also an option, by searching the ram. Static ram doesn't need to be refreshed, so data will last longer. I always turn my computers off for awhile to clear it out. You really don't know what's using Static ram anymore, I understand all the CPU cache's use it due to it's speed. You not going to make you money back invested into such a public internet caf. In fact, you stand a good chance of your IP blocking you, as if I were looking for a place to send a nasty note to that blackberry that's been spamming me, that's the place I'd go. You;d be fighting their TOS. Porn collectors, and sock puppets would be frequent visitors. A mall wouldn't stand for it either. Where you got it right * I set up a few dumb terminals at my place so others could log into my Chat board. For just chat you don't need any programs to run, just a terminal program, dumb terminals of their nature are fairly hard to find anymore. Oh ya, your coin burner that's over kill, if your going to go to such an extreme don't use fire, just polish the coins in a tumbler, nobody will complain and maybe even appreciate it. -- http://kimoracochran.com/mug-shot-day-award-29/
