   I've had considerable success in putting together emacs, gcc, and
other gnu utilities on various platforms.  I would also enjoy the
chance just to mess around with an OSF or Linux Alpha machine.

  If someone would like to have emacs built and installed on an Alpha
that can provide me access to such a platform to either work on in the
Boston area, or telnet to via the net perhaps something can be worked
out.  

   I'll do the task for free, of course, and when finished I'll find a
site to post the binaries publicly.
