Why not apply for a free account on one of the two Digital-sponsored
DEC OSF/1 AXP systems?  Telnet to axposf.pa.dec.com or axposf.stanford.edu
and log in as axpguest, no password.

However, I think that most of these tools have long since been ported to
Alpha.
