   The latest free IPA fonts to make their appearance are those from
Summer Institute/Wycliffe, which are available for the Mac from
wuarchive.wustl.edu:

/mac/system.extensions/font/type1/silipafonts.sit.hqx
 313     1/10/93    BinHex4.0,StuffIt3.03

   Size: 10,12,14,24
   SILDoulosIPA-Regular, SILManuscriptIPA-Regular, and
   SILSophiaIPA-Regular: serif, monowidth, and sans serif fonts of the
   International Phonetic Alphabet.  Includes TrueType versions.

   These fonts do have non-spacing diacritics, and the docs mention
that there is supposed to be a version designed especially for Windows
(although this apparently hasn't been uploaded anywhere yet).
