Hello AVS people! I'm relaying this request from a user who doesn't have Internet access yet. The question is: does anyone have an AVS (or X-based) module or tool that allows one to outline and area in an AVS or X image? The outlining should be done using the mouse with the result that the outlined region is all that is left after the procedure (everthing else set to a default value or color). This is a common labor-intensive technique in medical visualization but doesn't seem to have been incorporated into common AVS use. Given the probable general interest in this to others, please post a response to this inquiry on this bulletin board.
