Spaces 100% portable. Tabs, rarely portable. Your editor is not the only
tool to worry about. Many other tools do not handle tabs well at all,
particularly difference tools or perhaps the error messages from your
compiler. Believe me, I've gone through code reviews where tabs came out as
boxes on the difference listing making rather random formatting since some
lines used spaces, some used tabs.
