I know, it's of the IDE and seems to contain reconstructed TV code. I've
got it. ;) And for that matter, I've also got an enhanced (Russian)
version of BP7 somewhere.

I'm not worried about the RTL sources, Borland never published them,
and I bought both my version of TP6 & BP7 second-hand. I never signed
anything, and next to that, I'm distributing sources that were never
published before.

As for the modified compiler, I hope it will be possible to produce
some find of patch-file, as the BASM table is almost at the end of the
code, if it isn't I will make it available by email, or possibly from
my own website if I can get it set up later this year.
