We ask the customer to try the demo to verify
the product works for them before purchasing.

We have a 15 day return policy, but would gladly
refund under any reasonable circumstance.

We want our customers to be happy, and we
often go the extra mile to make sure that they are.

We have never been asked to refund (so far,
knock on wood).
