That is not bmeant to be a brag, but to show I do *not* need to copy from
a book... this really is my bread and butter ;-)
Whilst I realise there may be technologies of which I am not aware... the
scientific research community is quite open - hence the publication of
results in research journals.  I think there are a few people following
this thread displaying an overly paranoid frame of mind especially with
regards to the biological capabilities of the government.  

Where were the details of the cloning of Dolly (and more recently mice)
published?  

A journal called Nature.. that you can pick up in any decent bookstore.
Not some super secret government document.

Another thing, the military (whilst having their own establishments for
research) farm a lot of their research work to University labs - hardly
the ultra classified environment you would expect.

Of course if you're really interested in what goes on behind the scenes..
get trained up and go work for the MOD at Porton Down... bring back your
findings to the group...
