With all due respect that is utter nonsense. THe only place that is possible is in the plot of a sci-fi book. Whilst I don't disagree that we could create a virus (after all it's just DNA/RNA in a protein shell), there is nothing you could really do to get it to target one race or another.. unless of course you can find some great antigenic, cell surface recognition molecule that I lack and say an ekimo has.. Verrrrrrrrrrry unlikely.
