chemical warfare has much more sufficient ways of *controlling population*
then spreading a virus that might/might not cause an immune deficit in an 
organism.  
back in the middle 1970's my father, while being a student in a Medical 
School in Kiev (former USSR), had lectures on AIDS (SPID in russian 
abbreviation) and by that time extensive research on it was already done.
