I use both ACCESS and FMPRO, and to export between them I use the "tab separated text" file format. It works ok, but if you are importing into a new database table then you lose the names of the fields. If its an existing table there is no problem. You don't even have to have the fields in the same order in both databases because FMPRO lets you specifyt the order on both import and export. ACCESS probably does too, but I haven't made sure of that. Note that ACCESS defaults to exporting using the "comma separated value" format, which FMPRO can also read, so you could try that as well.
