I'm using turbo C and I tried all memory models from tiny to huge, but I can't get the program to work. I don't know if it is the same program, but a while ago I hacked one of those free giftops programs to run under MSDOS. If I remember right, besides getting the correct memory model the main problem were some integer variables which had to be 32 bit, but were not declared as such. You can pick up the result from our ftp-server ftp.uni-koeln.de under msdos/graphics/gifutils/giftops.zip.
