Is someone out there running Sam Leffler's TIFF3.0 on an RS/6000 machine?
I'm having some problems getting setting up the Makefile (copied from
Makefile.aix) to make properly.  I just haven't programmed in c, and
I don't know what   to set the RANLIB, CFLAGS, and other variables to
in order to get compilation.
