Looking through the manuals that came with our Pacific Page PostScript cartridge for the LaserJet II, I have been unable to find out if I can get a report from the printer on how many pages have been printed. On the hp cartridge I send the command. statusdict begin pagecount = ^D Does the Pacific Page cartridge respond to this? Does it send anything back? I am trying to reed this on an hp from the parallel port, has anyone done this? Thanks. -- Karl Hakimian hakimian@yoda.eecs.wsu.edu
