How to do refresh screen in postscript

Hi All,
	I have recently started to learn postscript.
What I want to be able to do is to 

draw a box
display it
pause for a sec
delete the box
move the box
refresh screen

which in a sense is animation. Is this at all possible
using postscript? (I am more interested in the pause, 
delete and refresh features)
