I have just started doing postscipt programming, and the following book has helped
me a lot:
_Hands_on PostScript_ by Dr. M.B. Spring & David Dubin, published by Hayden Books.
($29.95)
It is very straightforward, and has a lot of good sample programs.
A disk with all the examples from the book is included.
