Until I get some kind of network link between a sysVr4 machine or a PC to the Ethertalk on a fiery controller of a Xerox color copier/printer, the only way to get postcript printed is to put a file on a 1.4M floppy PC disk which it will accept. The problem is that lots of things I'd like to print are larger than 1.4M. I sort of recall seeing some discussion of code that would compress postscript and include postscript code to do the expansion in the printer. Is this a possibility? Speed isn't an issue if it lets me print illustrations that otherwise couldn't be done at all. Les Mikesell les@chinet.chi.il.us
