  Does anybody out there have a printer table for DEC's
ALL-IN-1 system that allows access to all of the built-in
fonts on the PostScript card for the DEC 2200-series
printers?  DEC's "standard" table (PS) does not provide
hooks for Zapf Chancery or Zapf Dingbats, that I'm aware
of.
  If anyone has, or knows of a table that gives access to
those and other fonts, please let me know via e-mail where I
can obtain a copy.  If such a table doesn't (yet) exist,
perhaps DEC will add the additional fonts to the PS table
in the future.
