hi, i need .MODEL PARAMETERS FOR PMOS AND NMOS TRANSISTOR FOR SPICE (ALL LEVELS) SIMULATION. I would like to know if this is available in public domain so that i ftp it. I would really appreciate it if any one can mail it or proivide more information on getting it. Thanks in advance.
