The most effective way is to send following message to the postmaster of
its sender using SPAM...:

included below is SPAM - it was either:
  - posted to highly un-related newsgroups
  - is an Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), having obtained my address
    (usually) from totally unrelated newgroup postings

Besides abusing the Internet newsgroups and/or my personal email account,
this type of thing is extremely rude, and a nuisance and pain to all of us.
Many of these things are scams as well, and illegal in many parts of the
world.

Furthermore, it discourages the very valid exchange of information which 
occurs in the newsgroups I post to, vying instead for shameless
self-promotion 
and (supposed) commercial gain.

Please 'educate' your user.
