Adding headers to outgoing mail

Hello, I would like to be able to add headers such as X-Administrative-To:
and X-Messages-To: to some of my outgoing mail (for a mailing list I run).

How can I do this? I use Elm, but I'd rather not have to be tied to one
mail program. Sendmail is the transfer agent we use.

Thanks for any help!
