I'm writing a sendmail.cf for the University of Rochester, and I'm sitting
here reading through RFC 822 to see if I missed any legal address-forms.
Now, those of you who have tried to read RFC 822 before will hopefully
agree that this is a difficult document to read.

What I'm looking for is a relatively simple list of legal
address-specifications in human-readable form (unlike RFC 822).  Anyone
have such a beast?
