I have established a new company, NetInSights, Inc., that will take surveys over the Internet. To be successful, we need to recruit several thousand persons (Internet users) to serve on a standing panel of respondents, whom we will survey from time to time. There are several types of rewards for these respondents. Is there a legitimate way for us to send out notices to all Internet users, making this information available to them? What is the actual series of steps we would have to take to post such widespread notices? NetInSights can be found at http://netinsights.com Thanks for any help you can provide.
