Does anyone have documentation on the usage, options, and capabilities of
the /usr/lib/sendmail program on SCO UNIX 3.2v2 ?
It is there, but there is no sendmail.cf anywhere to be seen.
I am having problems with it. I use it between ELM and NN, etc. and MMDF.
Even though I have set up the /usr/mmdf/mmdftailor file correctly (I think ;-)
sendmail does not produce the headers that I expect.
The From: header contains a fully qualified domain name, even though I am
trying to hide the site (hostname).
I want: user@Logix.DE
The Sender: header has no top-level domain attached to it. I get `user@Logix'
which some receiving mailers translate to `user@Logix.uucp' which is totally
incorrect.
Thanks for help, pointers, and whatever else you can throw at me ;-)
Best regards,
-JP
