Has anyone had experience using the Andrew Toolkit ?
Do you know if it can be used to produce Hypertext/Hypermedia authoring tools
and lastly deos anyone know of any bookstores in the US that export books,
to the UK(England), I have been trying to buy a copy of 'Multimedia
Applications Development with the Andrew Toolkit' by Nathaniel Borenstein,
Published by Prentice Hall ,1990. All the Bookstores in HULL say they
won't be able to obtain for at least 6-7 weeks and I can't wait that long.
Also I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me.

PS has anyone had experience with InterViews or MAEstro if you have then
please mail me.

Thankyou
