Using a system setup of

Power Mac 8100/80 with 32Mb RAM and SCSI Jackhammer card,
1.6 gig Micropolis AV hard drive running off the internal/external SCSI
chain Yamaha CDR100 on the Jackhammer's chain
System 7.5.1

and Elektroson Gear MMM v2.3, the following problems occur:

1. During the creation of a physical ISO image the error "Track
administration could not be opened" comes up at the very end of the image
creation, followed by "Image could not be saved".

2. When we attempt to write a CD with an HFS file structure the error
"Volume format not recognised. Be sure it is an HFS volume" shows up
straight away. We have tried creating the disk partition using both FWB
Hard Disk Toolkit 1.5.1PE
and SCSI Director Pro v2.0FC31, and the partition checks out fine with
Disk First Aid and Norton 3.1, all to no avail.

Notes:

The hard drive is formatted with a partition of 630Mb, and we're using 74
minute media.

We have successfully created ISO disks before, and a few times since.

The file structure of the ISO volume is not more than 8 levels deep.

The Mac is booted without extensions, and is not running Macintosh Easy Open.
