Petition to Quark - mTropolis action

This is a petition for all interested parties.

It basically urges Quark to release a software patch to allow mTropolis 2
to become QuickTime 3.0-compliant. The current mTropolis upgrade to v2.0
does not support QuickTime 3.0.

This is important for developers of cross-platform titles who would like
to have their quicktime media play indistinguishably on both MacOS and
Windows machines.

If you are not currently a user of mTropolis but would like to add your
name to the petition, go ahead and do so. Pass the word around.
