thanx for all the input - streaming media cant normally be captured (that's
the basic idea), but i managed to get hold of a utility that will
download/capture virtually anything (including .ram files) - it's called
"Streambox VCR", it was developed years ago & 'Real' took them to court
about it, hence it's no longer developed/supported but if anyone wants a
copy i'll post a link (i'll have to put it in my webspace first)
