CACM Index and/or Abstracts Available?

Is there a paper copy, or preferably an electronic copy, available of the
Table of Contents of each years "Communications of the ACM"?.

Such a compilation would allow one to quickly search for an article of
interest in an old issue of the CACM.

If the abstract of each article published in each volume was also available
that would be of benefit as well.

I know the "Computing Archive" on CD-Rom is available but I cannot afford the
$US999 + $US659 pa. to subscribe to this service.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
