Does ACM or anyone know if a computer science dept rating system exists
anywhere, and how to access it if so?

I'm looking for a rating of colleges and universities on how good their
undergrad and graduate level computer science cirriculum are rated, in
comparison with each other.

Anyone know of such a beast?
