The attached is the announcement of results from the recent DECUS Board
Election (US Chapter) and teh proposed amendment to the Bylaws. Thank
you to everyone who voted! The memo is from LDEC -- the committee
responsible for conducting DECUS elections (John Vilandre, chair).

DECUS U.S. Chapter
Dear Mr. President:
The auditing firm of King and McNamara has reported the results of
the 1992 voting for Directors of the DECUS U.S. Chapter Board. The winning
candidates, in alphabetical order are:
Mr. Jeff Jalbert
Mr. Dave Johnson
Ms. Emily Kitchen
In addition, the voters have approved amending the bylaws of the
U.S. Chapter to replace the former mission statement with the one on the
ballot.
