DECUS U.S. Chapter

Dear Mr. President:

	The auditing firm of King and McNamara has reported the results of 
the 1992 voting for Directors of the DECUS U.S. Chapter Board. The winning 
candidates, in alphabetical order are:

		Mr. Jeff Jalbert
		Mr. Dave Johnson
		Ms. Emily Kitchen

	In addition, the voters have approved amending the bylaws of the 
U.S. Chapter to replace the former mission statement with the one on the 
ballot.

	LDEC wishes to congratulate the winners and to thank ALL of the 
candidates for conducting a high-level, professional campaign.
