A posting of the bylaws would be of general interest -- I've never seen
them.

You mention was person was not on the ballot due to not being qualified.
Given the execrable performance on membership renewals and hanky-panky
over refusing a Sun competitor, a more clear definition of "qualified"
and statements as to why the present candidates *are* qualified would
also be of interest.
