Funny - I've been on the nominating comittee for Usenix (a multi-million
dollar non-profit corporation), and _they_ have mechanisms in place
for allowing members to nominate people for the Board.  I've yet to
see the SUG election rules - if you'll point me to the relevant issue
of ReadMe, I'd be grateful.  What's the procedure for amending the
bylaws?
