I can think of three ways to accomplish this, unfortunately, none are cheap.

	1)  Upgrade to AOS/VS II and TCP/IP II on the MV.

	2)  Get an ITC board for the MV and run the TCP/IP protocol on it.

	3)  Get (or use) an IAC8 and a CS210 (or something like that)
	    term-server box to connect the IAC8 to the LAN.  You may also
	    get some sort of 3rd party box to connect an async line to   
	    a tcp/ip lan.

I'm pretty sure, but not certain, that 7.65 supports the XLT
characteristic, and if so, this will translate D200 commands to
vt100 equivalents.
