Works good. System is running NT 3.51, Solaris (DU6), Linux 1.2.? They all install okay. Watch out for one thing wrt Linux. My install CD's do not have support for this card. I had to install with a standard adaptec card, compile a kernel with the 2940 driver, install it, powerdown, swap cards, powerup. Works, but is a bother. Newer CD's may have the driver you need. My CD is an InfoMagic 4 CD set dating from March or April (??). Good Luck, Larry
