I've been recommended to buy a an ati-card to my Linux box [for X], cause of low prices and good x-server support. My problem is I really don't know what the differences is beetween cards like 'video xpression+', '3d xpression+' and '3d pro turbo pc2tv' - I need a card which is fast in something like 1200x1000 with 65k colors. Which one should i choose? btw.: does anyone know if the 3d cards mentioned here are to any use to games like quake, doom, heretic? [evt. running under dos] please reply directly to me. these were the words of a reborn angel in a world of confusion; ---pink------------------------------------------- http://www.diku.dk/students/pink/
