: Section "Screen"
: Driver "accel"
: Device "Actix GE32+ 2MB"
                 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

What goes here is the keyword from the "Identifier" field from the
Section "Device" part.

: Monitor "Generic Monitor"

This one is similar - only this time it's the "Identifier" field from
the Section "Monitor" part.

: Subsection "Display"
: Depth 8
: Modes "640x480"
: ViewPort 0 0
: Virtual 1280 1024
: EndSubsection
: SubSection "Display"
: Depth 16
: Weight 565
: Modes "640x480"
: ViewPort 0 0
: Virtual 1024 768
: EndSubsection
: EndSection

For example, the relevant sections from my XF86Config are...

Section "Monitor"
    Identifier "dat15"
    VendorName "dat"
    ModelName "Digital_15"
    BandWidth 75
    HorizSync 30-65
    VertRefresh 52-120
    ModeLine "800x600" 36 800 824 896 1024 600 601 603 625
    ModeLine "800x600n" 65 800 824 944 1072 600 603 609 640
    ModeLine "1024x768" 65 1024 1064 1184 1296 768 770 775 801
EndSection

Section "Device"
    Identifier "et4000w32i"
    VendorName "tseng"
    BoardName "w32i"
    Clocks 25.20 28.32 31.60 36.10 40.10 45.10 50.30 65.50 12.60 14.20 15.80 18.10 20.10 22.50 25.16 32.60
EndSection

Section "Screen"
    Driver "Accel"
    Device "et4000w32i"
    Monitor "dat15"
    Subsection "Display"
        Modes "1024x768" "800x600"
        ViewPort 0 0
    EndSubsection
EndSection

If you were using XFree 2.1.x you'll probibly find it much easier to use
the reconfig program to convert your XConfig to an XF86Config (See the
INSTALL file).
