Booting SCO Unix from Linux's Lilo or OS2 bootmanager ?

How does one boot sco unix from linux's lilo.
I get this error:

not a directory
boot not found
cannot open
stage1 boot failure: error loading hd(40)/boot

If anyone managed to boot sco from os2 boot manager please let me know.
