Hi Kevin,
I installed 3.03 last week and everything was OK until I uninstall
everything to do a patch to 2.02 for a friend who needed the isp1020
SCSI patch installed so that he could boot and install 3.03.

My problem was that once I re-installed 3.03 after 2.01, I was OK in
single user mode, but didn't matter who many times I tried, it would
not look at the /etc/rc.d/runlevel links to boot up multiuser mode,
which of course is the default.

The solution was to fully format my partitions (not the quicky format
that red hat does) and all OK. AND still is.

PS: 2 x 1Gb SCSI drives on a PCI controller.

Cheers Grahame.
