Hi all,

We use an Linux box as a mail server. Some of the users collect their
mail by using pop-capable mailer such as Netscape. The mailer sometimes
dies for some reason while the pop session is up. 
Then the pop account is locked so that the users can't collect their
mail.

The question is 

How can I unlock the pop account?  
Is there any lock file?
If so, where is it?

Slackware 3.3
Kernel 2.0.30
sendmail which comes with Slackware 3.3
