I think it *was* a physics question. ELFs as any physicist knows stands
for Extrasensory Little Fellows. These are the little people
responsible for actually carrying the information through the rocks,
water, or wherever. An ELF transmitter is used to send them secret
messages. I hope this clears things up for everyone.
