I am using RH 6.2 and ipchains with IP MASQ to provide internet
access to several PC's on my home network.

However when one or more people are downloading a file, access for
everyone else becomes very slow.

Is there a way of limiting bandwidth (or priority or similar) for
individual PC's on the network to allow everyone a fair go?
